The order you place with The Store will be subject to these Terms & Conditions – please read them carefully.
This website is only for pre-ordering items. All payment will be done onboard with an AIR TAHITI NUI airline crew member.
Availability and pre-order conditions
Your can order 5 items maximum.
For flights departing between 5-30 days from departure date.
Our products are subject to availability. Please accept our apology if your selection is not available.
Accepted payment methods
• Currencies accepted: US dollar, yen, Euro, dollar Néo-Zélandais, franc CFP and dollars Australien.
• credit cards limits: The following credits cards are accepted, from a minimum value of 500 CFP to a maximum of 50.000 (420 euros). All credit cards purchases will be charged in EURO.
After Sales Service
The items purchased onboard benefit from a year warranty from date of purchase. To request after sales service or report malfunction of our products please return the item, in its original packaging receipt.
Customs information
Upon your arrival in French Polynesia, you may have franchise for goods below: alcohols: 2 liters ( strong alcohols i.e: WHISKY, GIN, etc…) , 2 liters ( Champagne, wine); tobacco: 200; perfume: reasonable quantity.
